Unable to start any pods on RHOCP: error (serviceaccount "default" not found)
Issue
Creation of new pods in the cluster is failing with error (serviceaccount "default" not found):
Error from server (Forbidden): error when creating "pod.yaml": pods "example" is forbidden: error looking up service account aaa/default: serviceaccount "default" not found
