High memory consumption on Red Hat Capsule 6 server when using Alternate Content Source to sync Capsule server.

Issue

• High memory consumption is observed on Red Hat Capsule server when Capsule server is configured to use Alternate Content Source for syncing content instead of Red Hat Satellite server.

• pulpcore-workers are getting crashed OOM-killer logs when syncing contents to the Red Hat Capsule using Alternate Content Source.
