Following update, httpd is reporting error with our reverse proxy

Issue

• Following a recent system update, the httpd service is reporting an error with the reverse proxy. Is this a problem with the updated openssl package?
• Updated from openssl-1.0.0-27 to openssl-1.0.1e-16.
