The holderIdentity is not visible after RHOCP upgrade

Issue

  • RHOCP upgraded from version 4.12 to 4.13 after which holderIdentity is not visible in the configmap.
  • The holderIdentity is not present for kube-scheduler and ovn-kubernetes-master configmap object in respective namespaces.
