Use insecureSkipVerify true with not SSL/TLS connection stops the collectors in RHOCP 4

Issue

  • When it's configured in the clusterLogForwarder insecureSkipVerify: true when using http instead of https, it stops the collectors
  • When the clusterlogforwarder is defined using not SSL/TLS and at the same time defined insecureSkipVerify: true, not collector pods
