Repository sync fails with the error 'Katello::Errors::Pulp3Error: Cannot connect to host proxy.example.com:8080 ssl:default'

Issue

  • HTTPS proxy is configured on the Satellite server and in /etc/rhsm/rhsm.con.
  • Manifest refresh completed successfully.
  • But the sync fails with the below error.
