Satellite becomes unresponsive after the noon due to long-running and failing CertificateCleanupJob in candlepin
Issue
Satellite becomes very slow to completely unresponsive after a noon. Some investigation shows it has many pending requests to candlepin that has running CertificateCleanupJob job - see Diagnostic Steps for details.
How to prevent that?
