Workbench workaround for executing a pipeline using Elyra

Solution In Progress - Updated -

Issue

The scheduled Pipeline from Workbench via Elyra to the Pipeline server fails in a disconnected environment.

pipeline failed

The following scenario occurs:
1. The user tries pip install <module> in the notebook, this step is executed in the pipeline, and as the pipeline does not have pip certificates, it fails.
2. The user tries to use external storage in the notebook cell, this step is executed in the pipeline and as the pipeline does not have a storage certificate, it fails.
Similar to the above scenario, based on the content being executed, the content that is trying to connect to different services via an SSL connection, all these actions need to be passed with a certificate to have them executed without fail in a disconnected environment.
The Pod logs of the pipeline step would show details on the failure, the reason being SSL Certificate validation.
