Not all the blocks are trimmed using fstrim on RHEL 7.9 .
Issue
When using fstrim to reclaim space from deleted files not all the data blocks are trimmed and not all the space is being reclaimed back to the storage.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7
- SCSI device with non zero OPTIMAL UNMAP GRANULARITY.
- SCSI device with LBPRZ bit set.
- SCSI device with UGAVALID bit set.
