The kvm guest VM is unable to ping the gateway IP address when both KVM and Docker containers are on the same host machine

Issue

• The KVM guest machine cannot connect with the gateway IP address through the bridge interface, resulting in a failed ping attempt.
• KVM guest machine can ping bridge interface IP but not gateway.
• The KVM guest machine is dropping/blocking the ARP response at the bridge interface level.
