Yum command fails with 'status code 404 cannot download metadata repomd.xml' when the system locked to a specific minor version

Issue

• While running dnf update on the clients which are registered to the Satellite server, it fails with the below error:

  [client ~]# dnf update

  Error: Failed to download metadata for repo 'rhel-8-for-x86_64-baseos-eus-rpms': Cannot download repomd.xml: Cannot download repodata/repomd.xml: All mirrors were tried
