How to get project name in STF metrics?

Issue

  • We would like to get project name in the STF metrics, for example in ceilometer_cpu as we are unable to find it.

  • We cannot use project id as the identifier because its difficult to identify.

  • Red Hat OpenStack Platform 16.2 (RHOSP)
