Assisted Installer shows `Host inventory status insufficient: this host does not meet the minimum hardware or networking requirements`

Issue

While using Assisted Installer to install a version OCP 4.13 on vSphere, the NMState config was added to each host in the Form view and customer encountered the below error in Network - Host inventory:

Create the necessary DNS entries to resolve this domain name to your cluster's API load balancer IP address
