Changes to netif_napi_add() in the RHEL8 kernel.
Issue
- In Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8.8, a change has been introduced in the netif_napi_add() kernel function.
- Recompiling an existing kernel module/driver using that call returns an error regarding the number of parameters.
