Pods aren't getting mounted on worker nodes due to "Unable to attach or mount volumes" error

Issue

  • All hpe-nfs-xxxxx-xxxx pods aren't getting mounted on worker nodes due to Unable to attach or mount volumes error
  • df hangs on all the worker nodes and there are defunct mount.ntfs4 processes.
