In WebUI, Operator installing page showing the incorrect version on the console when multiple Catalog Sources contain the same operator package

Issue

• While installing a operator from OperatorHub on the console, after selecting a specific version for that operator and clicking the install button, the console redirects into a page showing operator is installing, but the version shown on the page is not the one installed.

• It usually happens on the operator which have different versions existing in different CatalogSources.
