Job output from a workflow execution on Ansible Automation Platform 2.4 is stuck in an infinite loading page

Issue

• Infinite loading screen when trying to access a job template's output from a workflow template's output without the correct permissions
• A user without access to a job template in a workflow he can run, will encounter a stuck loading page when accessing the output of that template.
• The Workflow and/or the job templates do not belong to the organization assigned to the user that is trying to access the outputs.
• When trying to get the job output of a template inside the workflow where the user has execution privileges the web interface shows a loading screen that does not change.

The problem is present if either:

• The user is not a Member of the job template's Organization
• The user does not have Auditor role for the job template's Organization
• The user has no Read or Execute permissions for the job template
