Openshift 4 UPI installation fail with "umount: /proc/cmdline: target is busy"
Issue
- During the node bootstrapping the console shows the error
umount: /proc/cmdline: target is busy - The installation is not able to be completed.
- The node failed to boot and reboot during ignition.
