RH-SSO EVENT_ENTITY table optimization

Issue

There are millions of records in our EVENT_ENTITY table.

Performance deletion is very slow.

It could be possible to improve event performance deletion on the EVENT_ENTITY table by creating an index such as

CREATE INDEX EVENT_ENTITY_INDEX ON EVENT_ENTITY("EVENT_TIME", "REALM_ID");
