Node-exporter pod logs shows error symbolic_name: no such file or directory in RHOCP4

Issue

• The node-exporter pod throws the following errors if symbolic_name is not present or provided by fibre channel vendor in /host/sys/class/fc_host/host*/ path.

  $ oc logs node-exporter-m6lbc -n openshift-monitoring -c node-exporter | tail -2
