Proper wildcard usage for http.nonProxyHosts for JBoss EAP
Issue
We have this property set via JAVA_OPTS in standalone.conf.bat:
-Dhttps.nonProxyHosts=10.*.*.*
However matching IPs are still being proxied.

- Red Hat JBoss Enterprise Application Platform (EAP)
- 7.x
- Java 8 applications using standard java HttpClients
