How to get enic and fnic drivers for Cisco UCS firmware 4.2(3d)

Issue

• How to get enic and fnic drivers for Cisco UCS infrastructure firmware 4.2(3d)?
• Our UCS infrastructure firmware is upgrading to 4.2(3d). According to Cisco the enic and fnic drivers on OS need to upgrade to 4.5.0.7 and 2.0.0.90 respectively.
• Currently on both RHEL7 and RHEL8, I found the driver versions are:

$ cat /sys/module/enic/version
2.3.0.53
$ cat /sys/module/fnic/version
1.6.0.34
