TCP bandwidth reduces under memory pressure in RHEL9
Issue
- TCP bandwidth reduces under memory pressure in RHEL9, if we flush the cache we get better bandwidth but after some time bandwidth reduces again
- Reduced network throughput when downloading a large file in a cgroup with a memory limit
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9.2 below kernel-5.14.0-284.34.1.el9_2 version
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9.0 below kernel-5.14.0-70.75.1.el9_0 version
