Observing 404 error for auth/realms/velocity/protocol/openid-connect/3p-cookies/step1.html

Issue

• We are migrating RH-SSO from 7.4 to 7.6.1. We are trying to test our javascript application with RH-SSO 7.6 where when trying to login into the application we are observing 404 error for following URL and login page does not come up.

auth/realms/${REALM}/protocol/openid-connect/3p-cookies/step1.html

• When trying to login into the application we are observing HTTP status code 404 for auth/realms/${REALM}/protocol/openid-connect/3p-cookies/step1.html and page gets stuck to blank screen.
