Satellite clients using HTTP/2 randomly gets zero response from the server
Issue
- Firing many client requests using HTTP/2 protocol against Satellite API, random requests fail.
- The failed requests get no data from the Satellite and (depending on some config) they might not even get logged in
httpdlogs at all. - Frequency of such "no response" errors is approx 1 out of 4000 individual API requests.
