"504 Gateway Timeout" During NooBaa Bucket Operations - OpenShift Data Foundation (ODF)

Issue

• Listing or uploading files from S3 bucket always fails with a 504 (Gateway Time-out). Sometimes mid-way through an operation. For example, a backup operator with many files. Additionlly, this issue can be present if the db is not set to the correct Collate which is C. If the db is not set to Collate C you may also see greater consumption on the db-noobaa-db-pg-0 PVC.
