Why "clone VM" in UI is cloning from the VMs Data Volume Template source and not from the VM PVC?

Issue

• Created a VM rhel8-source-vm from a template and then modified the VM and installed some applications. Then Cloned the VM. During cloning, it's cloning from the template image which won't be having any changes that were done on the rhel8-source-vm. The cloned VM is a new VM from the template without any changes.
