Expired subscription consumed alongside a valid one does not allow access to products/repositories

Issue

After re-registering a machine, receive a warning that there is no longer any access to available repositories.

Having an expired subscription consumed while also having a valid version of that same subscription consumed results in the server not being able to access repositories due to it believing the subscription is expired.
