NSX-T NCP nsx-node-agent goes into CrashLoopBackOff state after Red Hat Openshift Container Platform upgrade from 4.8 to 4.9

Issue

After upgrading Red Hat Openshift Container Platform from version 4.8 to 4.9, the nsx-node-agents pods go into CrashLoopBackOff state.

oc logs -c nsx-ovs <nsx-node-agent> -n nsx-system
