Why am I not able to create a VM from the template image in OpenShift Virtualization after the snapshot count of the Ceph volume has crossed 450?

Issue

• The user is unable to create a new VM from the golden image after creating 450+ VMs from the template.
• The snapshot count of the underlying Ceph volume of the template image crossed 450:
