"Server gave HTTP response to HTTPS client" during RHOSP FFU from 16.2 to 17.1

Issue

  • During Framework for Upgrades (16.2 to 17.1), in step 6 "Upgrading the overcloud", after running "openstack overcloud upgrade run --yes --stack overcloud --debug --limit allovercloud,undercloud --playbook all" process fail with the following error:
