3scale Developer Portal error layout does not update
Issue
When I make changes to the Error layout and publish, I attempt to view my changes using the Not Found page.
I observe that my changes do not appear. They are in the database though.
However, when I roll out the deploymentConfig system-app POD, then my changes appears.
