Issue

• When testing if OpenShift Update Service (OSUS) will work in an air-gapped environment, following the procedure as described in https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.12/updating/updating-restricted-network-cluster/restricted-network-update-osus.html and using oc-mirror to sync Openshift releases the following error occurs:
