Manifest refresh takes tens of minutes in Satellite
Issue
- Refreshing manifest takes tens of minutes or even a hour.
- That blocks other requests to the Satellite, such that even WebUI can be inaccessible.
candlepinlogs show the vast majority of time was spent in "Recomputing status for XYZ consumers" - see Diagnostic Steps for details.- How to prevent that?
