The message "network unreachable resolving" from named output in one environment even the other environment which has the same configuration does not.

Issue

• We have two environments and both environments should not have internet access.

• And only one environment outputs below message to /var/log/messages but the other environment does not.

  named[12345]: network unreachable resolving 'domain_name/A/IN': Root_server's_IPv4_address#53
  

• The both environments have the same bind configuration so why does the message output only one environment.

• This KCS is not applicable to me because the above message shows IPv4 address.
