Cannot Install OpenShift Cluster using RHCOS Images from rhcos-redirector.apps.art.xq1c.p1.openshiftapps.com
Issue
When attempting to install OpenShift, installation fails because the installation program was unable to pull the operating-system image from rhcos-redirector.apps.art.xq1c.p1.openshiftapps.com. The following error message is from a failed attempt on the vSphere platform:

Installer exit with code 1
The issue can occur on any on-prem platform or with baremetal installs, and the error message will vary per platform.
