VM's Disk doesnt show up in manager GUI, But disk ID is visible trough API

Solution Verified - Updated -

Issue

  • My RHV VM fails to start, as there appears to be no disk attached
  • I did not remove the disk, and I can still see the logical volume on storage

Environment

  • Red Hat Virtualization 4.4 SP1
