leapp upgrade removes special characters from the hostname

Issue

After upgrading a system with leapp the hostname has changed
Special characters such as "_" are missing from the hostname

In place upgrade with Leapp
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9
