Virtual Machine fails to boot after increasing the number of VirtIO Disks
Issue
- VM fails to boot with "No bootable device found" shown in the console
- Adding VirtIO virtual disks or other devices makes the VM fail to boot
- Cannot boot VM with 10 or more disks
