Sensor pods randomly exiting connection with Central

Solution Verified - Updated -

Issue

  • Central is exposed behind Kong Ingress
  • Impacted Sensor pods are able to connect to the Central, however the connection seem to be terminating at regular intervals irrespective of the load.

Environment

  • Red Hat Advance Cluster Security for Kubernetes (EKS)
    • 3.74+
  • Central is exposed via an ingress controller, and the ingress controller does TLS termination (i.e. no TLS passthrough is configured).
