Unable to find computer account name on Active Directory even after the join was successful.

Issue

• Unable to find computer account name on Active Directory even after the join was successful.
• RHEL is not in sync with our Windows Active Directory.
• When I go to AD and search for a particular RHEL system that was successfully joined to domain, I get object not found.
• There is no computer account name present on AD.
