There are unexpected problems when trying to customize Kafka Connect's automatic topic creation.

• If "topic.creation.enable" is set to false, Debezium still demands values for "topic.creation.default.replication.factor" and "topic.creation.default.partitions"; otherwise, it will result in an error.
