vSphere CBT Mismatch in Openshift 4
Issue
- Persistent Volumes (PV) are failing to mount with the error
CnsFault error: VSLM task failed. - vSphere Problem Detector (VPD) triggers the
VSphereOpenshiftVmsCBTMismatchalert. - PVs can not be attached to newly created nodes.
