Collector pods in CrashLoopBackOff in RHOCP 4

Fluentd pods show the below log:
[error]: config error file="/etc/fluent/fluent.conf" error_class=Fluent::ConfigError error="Section <label @$pipeline> appears twice" - Fluentd pods are in CrashLoopBackOff after defining the ClusterLogForwarder (CLF) instance.
