Windows Server Guest can't boot after changing the boot drive interface type

Issue

  • Windows Server was installed using a SCSI boot disk.
  • SCSI interface is replaced with Virtio.
  • Windows Server shows a blue screen with the message "INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE".
