Creating cephfs subvolumes reports: Error EINVAL: invalid value specified for ceph.dir.subvolume

Issue

When attempting to create a cephfs subvolume using:

ceph fs subvolume create cephfs example --group_name mysubvolgrp

The result is the following error:

Error EINVAL: invalid value specified for ceph.dir.subvolume
