Latest UBI 8 image lost support for IBM-1148 character set

Issue

  • Red Hat UBI 8 lost the IBM1148 character set between UBI 8.5 and 8.6 (onwards). Also many more character sets disappeared.
  • How can we install those character sets again as they are needed to talk to IBM mainframe?
