Historical Logs tab for deployment/dc/statefulset in RHOCP 4

Issue

• The end-users are not very accustomed to learning LogQL for being able to see the logs querying to Loki directly, then having the query created and able to consume for being able to see the historical logs for deployment, deploymentConfig and statefulset would improve the User Experience (UX).
• The logs for previous deployments, deploymentConfigs and statefulset are not available since it's only available the current logs. Having an historical logs tab for them available with the query done for being able only clicking on it would improve the UX
