Unable to generate Full Host image from Satellite 6.10 when the external Capsule server is of version 6.9

Issue

  • When submitting a host build from a Red Hat Capsule 6.9 server and trying to generate a Full Host Image from the parent Red Hat Satellite 6.10 server, the ISO generation fails with the following error:

    **Oops, we're sorry but something went wrong** ERF42-9531 [Foreman::Exception]: Unable to download boot file http://capsule69.example.com/pulp/content/manuf/ST-ManufEnv/ST-RHEL_8/content/dist/rhel8/8.6/x86_64/baseos/kickstart//images/pxeboot/vmlinuz, HTTP return code 404
