Why does the mount of XFS filesystem takes longer than expected?
Issue
- Why does the mount operation for some XFS filesystems takes a longer time than the other available XFS filesystem?
- Pacemaker reports timeout event for
ocf:heartbeat:Filesystemresource at start operation for specific resources i.e. at mount operation.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7, 8, 9
- With or without Pacemaker High Availability Cluster
- XFS filesystem
